Shipping policy
Where We Ship Magpie Mail Club currently ships to addresses within the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Mexico, and Portugal.
Shipping Schedule We are a monthly subscription service and ship our letters in a single batch once per month. All letters generally ship around the 1st of each month.
If you subscribe after the 1st of the month, you will not receive a letter until the following month.
Billing Schedule: Billing occurs on the 25th of the month prior to the letter being mailed. If you signed up during the month (Between the 2nd and the 25th) you will not be charge again in that month.
Estimated Delivery Times Once shipped, delivery times depend on the destination and local postal services:
-
United States: Typically 3–7 business days.
-
International (UK, Canada, Mexico, Portugal): Typically 7–21 business days, depending on customs clearance times.
Please note: These are estimates, and we cannot guarantee delivery dates due to factors beyond our control, particularly international customs delays.
International Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Important!) For orders shipped outside of the United States, please be aware of the following:
Magpie Mail Club is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, handling fees, etc.).
These fees are not included in your subscription price or shipping cost. They are levied by your local government and postal service upon delivery. We recommend contacting your local customs office to understand potential charges before subscribing.
-
EU Customers (Portugal): Please be aware that VAT and postal handling fees will likely apply upon delivery for nearly all items coming from outside the EU, regardless of value.
Lost or Delayed Packages While rare, international packages can sometimes be delayed in customs for several weeks. If your letter has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, please contact us at Aarchivist@magpiemailclub.com so we can investigate.
